As COVID-19 evolves, we continue to follow up-to-date provincial and federal health guidelines. During this challenging time, it is our duty to protect our clients and employees by providing a safe clinic environment. We continue to implement strict infection control policies and procedures in the clinic.

We also have Telehearing Care services available. With Telehearing Care, you can discuss your hearing care needs and have a hearing screening. Your hearing aids can be fit, programmed or fine-tuned by one of our hearing care professionals - all in the comfort and safety of your own home.

Please note our clinic will be closed Wednesday September 1st from 10 AM to 1 PM for computer system integrations, Monday September 6th for Labour Day, and we will also be closed September 7th to September 10th for computer system integrations, upgrades and professional development.

The clinic will re-open on Friday, September 10th at 1PM for in-person visits by appointment only during the pandemic. Appointments are also required for Telehearing Care services, curbside pick-up, and mail-out services.
