Pernille Lund tailors her approach to your needs with integrative psychotherapeutic practices drawing on evidence based practices, movement, breath, inquiry and mindfullnes. Pernille Lund has been supporting individuals and groups in their mental health and wellness since 2010 and have a lifelong experience working with people from all walks of life. With a background in Eastern Therapies and Bodywork, Integrative Body Psychotherapy, Numa Somatics Breath-work and Psychology Pernille has a deeply holistic approach to mental-health and wellness. Pernille believe that to support exploration and connection to Self and, in finding more freedom expression of Self, working with mind and spirit are intricately interwoven. Pernille has a deep interest in using breath as a tool to wellness, exploring our stories and family constellations as a frame for self discovery and healing. Pernille loves to share and all the little things that can support resilience and optimal well-being throughout life's stages. Pernille is currently working as a mental health worker and pursuing a Masters in counseling.

On the topic of love today. May you never doubt you are lovable. Simply because you are. And when you doubt may little things of beauty, connection, breath, kindness, coincidences remind you. A shade of color that catches you soul, a texture of clothing that delights undet the finger tips, suddently noticed. The flight of a bird that you turn to because of the flap flap of the wings, so sudden and elegant and swift. The way the light angles as the sun sets and the warmth is gentle on your skin. The laughter that erupts when a gaggle of preteens walk by and they bumb each other around. The way that old man tendely lifts his little dog up when a big dog walks by. Let life remind you that you are lovable. That you see beauty because you are beauty. That even in a confusing heartbreaking world here you are. Utterly and completely lovable. As you are. You are lovable, worthy and enough. Simply because you are. Sonetimes this can be really hard to believe. Practice showing your self this with concrete actions every time you forget or doubt it. Let the doubt and forgetting you are utterly and completely lovable be a clue to show your self you are. What makes you feel loved? Do that! Maybe its something as simple as giving yourself attention and notice how you feel fully and completly for 5 minutes. To see and hear yourself. To be seen and heard fully. Maybe it is to buy yourself a flower that as it blooms release a scent that can remind you of how lovable you are. Maybe it is to force yourself to do that exersise you are resisting but you feel so darn good after. Maybe it is to tune out completely in a nap. Naps are medicine. Maybe simply to hand on heath, breathe. Or cry. Yes cry. Crying will save you. Or laugh. Humor will save you too. Rage when called for. But take breaks. Not to supress it but because we want you around for a long time. Every day. Many times a day. Practice giving yourself that love you so long for. I know the world is a lot. In a world that pray on our distraction and numbness. Coming home to self is part of resiststance and being able to care in the long game. You are needed. You are lovable. You are love. It can be really hard to believe at times. Practice. For you. For all that is sacred. Every day. Fierce love from my lil corner of the world to yours.

Hi everyone. Come join us for the Febuary breath ceremony which is coming up there on Feb 9th. There is still room so share with anyone you think may be interested. Come fan the embers of your inner light. Even though it is still cold out (we may even have snow!) the light is returning and we will turn out attention of what fuels our inspiration, passion and fire...or.... what may need to get released in purifying fire to move ahead more freely as who we really are. On a lighter note: Queen's 'Don't Stop Me Now' is supposed to be the top song for boosting happiness (acording to this one study, link in comments), so if you could use a mood boost give it a listen and see if this may work for you. I recomend turning up the volume and hop around and shake it out if you are able where ever you are. Let me know how it worked for you. Whadda ya think? Shall we ad it to the list of evidence based methods of bringing in some happines to our life. Curiously yours.
