Heather Reusch RMT I am currently offering treatments out of Bliss Spa & Wellness in Cadboro Bay Hello! A little about me.

I completed my Mastery Level RMT Diploma through the West Coast College Of Massage Therapy, as well as my Specialist In Exercise Therapy certification through the International Sports Sciences Association. My treatments are always client centred, and I am particularity interested in treating neck, shoulder, and low back pain. My preferred areas of practice include therapeutic deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, hot stone, and relaxation massage. On my days off I enjoy running, hiking, practicing yoga, and spending time in nature.
