In this practice, think slow, mindful contraction… slow, intentional release… then rest.

I actually challenge you to move even slower.
Avoid anything that feels uncomfortable.
If you feel a cramp, it usually means the movement was too quick or done with excess effort.
So ease back, soften, and try again with less force and more awareness.
Move as smoothly and slowly as you can.
