Between Fear and Dharma: A 6-Week Exploration of the Gita Through Yoga Therapy
Because sometimes, the hardest battles are the ones we fight within.
What if your greatest moments of confusion actually held your clearest wisdom? What does it really mean to live your dharma even when the path isn’t clear?
The Bhagavad Gita begins in the midst of self-inquiry and impossible choices. Set on the battlefield of the Mahabharata, it unfolds as a raw, honest conversation between Arjuna and Krishna about life, loss, and purpose. In this course, we’ll not only explore the Gita itself but also the rich stories of the epic that frame it, bringing ancient wisdom vividly to life.
This journey blends trauma-informed movement, reflection, and discussion to help you experience the Gita as a living guide, not just a text. You don’t need to be spiritual ,just curious and open to exploring your own inner landscape.
Madhu Nagarajan, raised in India and deeply influenced by her grandfather’s teachings, brings her experience in yoga therapy and compassionate storytelling to guide you gently through this journey.
In each session, we’ll begin with group discussion, move into small breakout conversations, and conclude with practices such as movement, pranayama, and meditation to help you integrate the insights deeply.
