March 18th, 2025 marked a name update for the Community Led Crisis Response (CLCR) program.

CRCL (pronounced circle) is the new name for the Peer Assisted Care Teams (PACT) model. CRCL stands for Crisis Response, Community-Led. While the name has changed, everything else remains the same including; the number 250-818-2454 and hours of operation, 7:30am-12:30am 7 days a week.

This change is effective immediately! Changes have begun to roll out on our website, as well as in our print materials and on our social media channels. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to program director Lacey Mesley at lacey.mesley@avi.org. More information about the Comox Valley PACT program to come.
