Before Elysia reached out she felt trapped in a body that didn’t feel like hers.

She had tried everything from Chloe Ting workouts to the egg diet. She got stuck in this misinformation that plagues many women and started to severely restrict food, eating around 900 calories a day or trying to skip eating entirely.

Her story is not unique, unfortunately.

I tell clients “it’s all about the come-from”.
