Lower Body & Core Course
A 5-week Pilates + Yoga course focused on building lower body and core strength safely, while improving flexibility, balance and posture.
In this class you can expect:
-Gentle resistance training using bands, light weights (1–3 lbs) and a mini stability ball
-Strengthen legs, hips and glutes with deep core support
-Improve lower body mobility, balance and joint stability
-Functional, fascia-focused movement to build strength safely
Options to make each movement easier or more challenging
