Start your morning moving with intention, rhythm, and heart. Join us for Beats with Purpose, an energizing, all-levels Vinyasa Flow led by Kimberly Allan, set to live DJ beats of Mood Beach.

This special donation-based class invites you to move beyond the mat and into collective impact where breath, music, and community come together in support of a powerful cause.

All proceeds from this class will be donated to She Recovers, a non-profit movement redefining recovery. She Recovers inspires hope, breaks stigma, and empowers women who are in or seeking recovery to heal, grow their recovery capital, and lift one another up through connection and shared experience.

This 75-minute class begins with Slow Flow gentle, accessible movements designed to warm the body, cultivate awareness, and encourage easeful breath. From there, the practice transitions into Yin Yoga, with longer-held postures that invite deep release, spaciousness, and quiet listening.

Simple journaling prompts and warm tea will be offered to support reflection and integration, creating a relaxed and welcoming Sunday evening experience.

This class is donation-based and held as a fundraiser for BC Cancer, a cause close to Nancy’s heart. All proceeds will be donated in support of cancer care, research, and community programs.
onthego discovered yoga while traveling in Thailand in 2010 and has been part of the Ashtanga Yoga Victoria community for over a year. While navigating personal health challenges, she offers this class as an act of service, connection, and shared healing.
