✨ We won!! ✨
A few weeks ago, something really special happened.
Emerald was voted #1 Best Skincare Clinic and #1 Best Cosmetic Treatment Centre (Non-Surgical) in Best of the City 2025.
We’ve been nominated six times and have won five before, but this was the first time we took home the top spot in two categories — and it still feels a little surreal.
That morning, I found a dime. A friend once told me that dimes can be signs from the other side — little messages that someone you love is near. My grandma always believed in me and in this spa. The moment I saw that dime, I felt her with me. I carried that feeling with me all day.
As many of you know, this past year hasn’t been easy. Like many small businesses, we’ve moved through change, growth, tough decisions, and some deeply reflective moments. There were wins, there were doubts — but through it all, I never stopped believing in what we’re creating at Emerald.
We show up every day with care, with intention, and with a deep belief that what we offer isn’t just about skin or services. It’s about how we make people feel — safe, supported, and cared for in their own skin.
That’s why we do what we do.
To our clients — thank you. For trusting us. For returning. For voting. For sharing us with your friends and family. You’ve let us hold space for you, and that is something I never take for granted.
To my team — you are the heartbeat of this spa. You give so much of yourselves every single day. You support one another, and you care for our guests with so much grace. I’m so proud to walk beside you.
