🦴 Did you know back pain and leg pain can be connected?

Lumbar Radiculopathy happens when nerves in the lower spine (L3, L4, L5, S1) become irritated or compressed. This can cause:
✔️ Shooting pain down the leg
✔️ Numbness or tingling
✔️ Weakness in the leg or foot

Each nerve affects a different pathway down the leg (shown in the picture). For example:
• L3 nerve → pain in the front thigh
• L4 nerve → pain to the knee and shin
• L5 nerve → pain to the outer leg and foot
• S1 nerve → pain to the back of the leg and heel
