**NEW THIS YEAR** The energy of the Intuitive Arts Festival can really get moving! It's important to practice self care and take time to get grounded. This year we are offering a space where participants can sit, drink some water and chat with a volunteer.

We do our best to make effort to allow participants to feel cared for and supported. This is one small way, we can help.

There is one more volunteer shift to be covered here from 9:30am to 1pm on Sunday, Nov. 2nd. If you are available send us a message, we could use an extra body to sit with people.
