Effectively immediately, our Quadra Street clinic will be closing early on Thursdays at 4pm. Our new hours on Thursday will be 9am-4pm. We will remain open until 8pm on Wednesdays. This change to Thursday’s hours is due to decreased staffing levels as a result of continued sexual and reproductive health funding shortfalls. We recognize the impact this has on our clients and please know we are working diligently to restore our phone line access, clinic hours and our education program. These are incredibly challenging times for many of us folks in healthcare delivery. We’re trying our best to support you all to the best of our ability.

Please see the following slides for important updates to our phone lines especially for our sexual health patients.
