Vector Course was unbelievable.

Thank you for providing me the opportunity to help make a responsible and sustainable difference in the world.

REPOST - Vector training course was surreal.

I hate when you guys make me cry. Seriously…

I just think of all the disappointments that people have as they get older with the world, and feel the pressure to not be one. When I see people legit enjoying what I’ve worked on and that I wasn’t a let down, it just hits me to the core.

I’m so proud of all of you and appreciate how ham you all go. This doesn’t feel real and if it turns out it never was, I wouldn’t be surprised in the slightest.

As much of a pain in the ass my life has been, it would be hard to convince me that anyone is luckier than me too. I want to spread that luck.

Let’s keep going my people!

CLIENT SCAPULAR WING POSTURE RESULTS

Before February 2021 - 175lbs
Low back pain - 9/10
Neck pain - 8/10
Hip pain - 7/10

After May 2024 - 160lbs
Back pain - 0/10
Neck pain - 0/10
Hip pain - 0/10

Bradley came to seek help for his low back, shoulder, and neck pain. He found very little relief as his pain started to immobilize him even when he was in a resting position.

His job as a plumber required him to be quite physical in order to dig trenches, carry heavy and awkward materials, and fit into uncomfortable positions to do his job.

After working with me for the past three years, we have been able to get him completely pain-free and maintain a higher output by working more hours throughout the day with little to no discomfort and without the need for stimulants.

He will be attending Human Foundations this year to become an FP practitioner as he wants to help others improve their health as he has experienced through training and following the FP protocols these past three years.

Client Testimonial: “Before discovering training, I sought relief through 6 months of regular visits to an RMT, but the pains kept returning. My pain had become so severe that it impacted every aspect of my life. At one point, I was experiencing pain regardless of whether I was sitting or in motion, making it incredibly difficult to enjoy time with my wife and our dog. The constant discomfort was taking a toll on my overall well-being, both physically and emotionally. Despite doing traditional bodybuilding workouts for five years, including exercises such as deadlifts, barbell back squats, barbell bench press, and bent over rows, I found that these traditional weightlifting methods did not alleviate my symptoms. In fact, they may have even exacerbated them. FP has changed my life in many ways. Mainly, my body is now pain-free, and I feel stronger than I ever have in my life. I have grown to respect my body and myself. On top of all this, I have developed a strong appreciation for the diligent work of FP practitioners.”

Stay tuned for gait cycle results.

Reposted from When it comes to addressing pains and dysfunctions in your body you have to take into consideration that your body operates as a system.

Just like a car can’t operate efficiently without gas in the tank, oil in the engine or air in its tires, your body also works in conjunction with many moving parts.

Often if one aspect of a vehicle is modified other aspects are improved as a by product. For example, a cold air intake system allows for more air to enter the engine, which decreases fuel burn and leads to improved gas mileage. Along with improved gas mileage the car will experience overall better performance due to more oxygen being combusted to deliver more power.

Your body will also benefit in more ways than one when you take a systems approach to addressing your problems. In the example above we see how a hip injury that led to hip and back pain was addressed by improving the system or body as a whole. We can see that as a result of creating a better foundation and working on the basics behind the basics, this led to the improvement of the scapula winging in the body.

This is why we teach people to address the system and not the symptoms. When you take this approach, not only can you save time by addressing multiple problems at once, but you’ll also make changes that are easier to keep for the long run, since we address the root causes of your bio mechanical issues.

Reposted from DO YOU WING?

If so, winging of the scapula can affect the stability and function of your shoulder. Think about all the actions you do on a daily basis that require motion from the shoulder joint. Now think about not being able to preform the action of lifting a grocery bag, opening a door or brushing your teeth without pain.

To improve a scapular wing you must learn to view your movement and body as an interconnected system. You cannot treat scapular dysfunctions without considering how the shoulder functions with the rest of your body.

Address the system, not the symptoms. Improve your movement, fix your dysfunctions.

Reposted from DOES YOUR BACK LOOK LIKE THIS?

If your back looks like this you are likely dealing with a scapular dysfunction. When muscles are not trained to support your body in ways that relate to the FP First 4 then your body will compensate for the lack of muscular function.

Want to make changes?

Focus on the FP First 4. Utilize our exercises that make it easier for your body to create muscle that serves a function. If you train muscles to work the way they’re supposed to work, you’ll have a greater capacity to reposition your joints.

Reposted from From chronic shoulder pain to zero shoulder pain. Lasting changes like these are our focus at FP.

By focusing on the FP First Four (standing, walking, running and throwing) corrections like this can be made when your body learns and understands how to move correctly.

Results like these don’t require a routine. You do the FP exercises, your body memorizes the functions of those exercises and that data doesn’t leave your body. Once you make the changes they are easier to keep for the long haul.

Great work by .oakland and his client Ben.

June 2020 to November 2021

Both pictures are fully relaxed. Ben is an avid surfer and came in with chronic shoulder pain due to MRI diagnosed tendonosis and arthrosis. He has a history of traditional weight lifting and described always struggling to keep mass on his structure. He also felt any muscle mass he did develop would lead to increased compression in his body and would inhibit his movement. Today his structure is much more integrated and decompressed and he can now sustainably pack on and keep muscle mass. The muscle mass he has gained has been built with functional patterns protocols so it is completely connected to his greatly improved movement.

- improved scapular compression and winging
- improved muscular development around pecs, lats, shoulder, and core
- improved hyper lordosis
- improved kyphosis

Reposted from HIP AND BACK PAIN GONE

Bryce was a powerlifter and was having hip joint and back pain. He then found FP.

After devoting himself to focusing on the FP BIG 4 (standing, walking, running, and throwing) he has gotten himself out of pain and has made headway on correcting the poor movement habits engrained by his previous training.

The results he has had didn’t require a heavy demand on routine, he did FP exercises, and his body memorized the functions. Essentially FP will train your body to hold the data it plugs into your body.

With FP, once you make biomechanical changes, they’re easier to keep.

Before:
- Hip joint pain
- Low back pain
- Hips stuck shifting to the right
- Limited spine movement
- Compressed shoulders
- Excessive knee valgus

After:
- NO MORE hip pain
- NO MORE back pain
- MORE NEUTRAL hip traction
- ADAPTABLE spine
- DECOMPRESSED shoulders
- DECREASED knee valgus

Great work by .taiwan

“Before I found FP, I was still a strength and conditioning trainer and crazy about powerlifting. Meanwhile I got a lot of chronic pain like lower back pain and sacroiliac joint pain at that time.
After devoted to FP for 3 years, I have solved these problems I had. Besides, I cut the extra body fat and got functional muscle gain.
Now I can run faster, throw better and utilize my strength to boxing and kicking and so on, not just in sagittal plane movements like powerlifting I did.
As a FP practitioner now, I can help more people to make gain without pain now.”

Reposted from When you take what it means to move as a human into consideration in your training and at the same time take the extreme discipline out of getting fit, great things can happen for any person ready to take the first step and begin learning about FP human biomechanics. It’s then that you will begin to grasp how off the fitness industries nation of health is and how effortless it can be to begin addressing your problems. Great work here by FP practitioner and his student Kyndall solving problems that equate to life long improvement.

Before:
🔹Extreme anterior pelvic tilt/shift
🔹Hyper extended knees
🔹Winging scapulae,
🔹Almost zero intra-abdominal pressure
🔹Depressed shoulders
🔹Narrow stance with feet placement not respecting hip alignment

After:
🔹Huge change in kinetic alignment
🔹Decompressed lumbar resulting in greater length potential of her spine
🔹Better foot/knee/hip alignment
🔹Scapulae have moved into proper position on ribcage
🔹Most importantly hasn’t experienced a back spasm nor headache in 3 months

Kyndall has been so transformed by FP protocol that she just received her Human Foundations Certification through FP Texas. She came to me experiencing painful back spasms in thoracic spine between her shoulder blades that would illicit headaches and felt she had “tried everything”

11 months gait cycle progresa. Results by  at  . Eddie come to functional patterns suffering from continuous shoulder dislocations and ankle strains when he attempts to do any exercise. He had pain on his feet just for being stand up. For the past 15 years he has been wearing orthopedic insoles prescribed by doctors with any improvement. After one month of FP training his problems started to dissapear and he got rid of his insoles. No more shoulders dislocations or ankle strains in the last 9 months. Now he train at least 3 times a week and he doesn't feel any pain or discomfort after doing physical activities. In the last 7 months he has been able to walk and hike long distances in barefoot shoes with no pain. Also for the last 4 months he is able to sprint with zero pain.
