Holiday Alert! It has been a busy spring getting many customers ready for their upcoming holidays with new orthotics so they can walk as much as they want on their adventures all around the world. Now it is my turn to head to Montreal to visit family so the custom orthotic division will be closed from June 1st to the 15th. Hello and many, many thanks! I did the whole Camino from St Jean in France to Santiago (33days) and also the extra three day walk (88K) to Finisterre. Thought of you so often and how you helped me, especially when I saw people limping with taped knees! Lots of taped knees and hobbling on route. My knee felt so good it was honesty hard to believe I ever had knee problems....you nailed it!! Can't thank you enough - it was an amazing life experience. Want to go again next year, another route.

Wendy and I at the Duathlon World Championships in Penticton this year. No we didn't win but Wendy got 22nd. in her age group and I got 29th. in mine. It was nice to see so many of my customers doing their personal bests.

Hi, Bruce

I have been meaning to write for a while now.

I just wanted to say thank you for doing such a great job on my orthotics. I am super happy and pretty much completely pain free now which is huge after basically feeling completely crippled whenever I tried to walk. I have been telling everyone how great they are and that I should have done it much much sooner than I did.

I am wondering if I can use the orthotics I got in my skates and in snowboard boots or if it is better to get ones that are made for those things specifically?

Sometimes when shoes are replaced the Orthotics may need a little tweak so if you have a new pain and my orthotics please don't wait to call; as always adjustments are no charge.

Hi Bruce

This is hard to describe on email but I have to tell you, I suffered with the pain on the inside of my left ankle for 2 months, then you adjusted my orthotics and the next day the pain was gone. I'm still amazed at how that little adjustment made such a big difference.

Hello Bruce.
Just to say thank you so much for seeing me again today. I have been wearing my sandals since I arrived home, and find them more comfortable than my yellow lace ups......to me they feel more supportive, although I know they are the same as my others!

Anyway....I really appreciate your help and expertise.......and you were so kind not to be thrown by my rather early arrival! Timing travel on the Island now is a challenge on any day of the week.
