Last night I made a cup of tea (ironically in my Vampire Juice mug- hinting that what is in it might contribute to immortality 🧛🏼♀️) and sat down to watching something on Netflix. The documentary, “live to 100” was suggested so I called over my cats and we all snuggled on the couch to watch it.
I resonated with so many of the important points this documentary made and the way that the habits in ‘blue zones’ are done with such ease in people’s everyday routines.
It has taken a long time for me to realize that the healthiest things I can do for my body and mind is to start changing habits in my routine- one of the major things I do daily, and is the main source of hydration in my diet is herbal teas. Caffeine-free, nutritive and mineral rich teas are a part of my daily routine ☕️
