Using your voice is exposing yourself which is the last thing you want and the medicine you crave.

Being heard is the difference between being invisible and being in the room. It is the difference between abandoning yourself or taking up space.

The fear is they will abandon you, so you abandon yourself before that can happen. It's a futile attempt at being in control. The abandonment you control.

If you never take the risk to be seen and heard as you are, you will not be abandoned by them but you won't actually be in connection with them. Nor will you be in connection with yourself.

Being who you are is all about connection and belonging to yourself. In lonely times it is a rich opportunity to build deep relationship with yourself.

You are done morphing yourself into something you are not fully.

You are pretending to be like someone else and people pleasing.

You are done putting yourself in a box to feel safe and loved.

You are a multifaceted being and you like it!

You are ready to embrace who you are.
You are ready to embrace your light.

Why?

Because you can't live in a way that is out of integrity with you.

You can't ignore how you feel.
You can't ignore how much light and life and beauty you feel inside.

Because you want to feel so alive, and free, and in full color you!
