Tuck this in your back pocket for this holiday season...

Connecting with the present moment: Direct attention in an intentional way rather than by mere habit, noticing what is present here and now, inside us and out.
Acceptance: Allow ourselves to feel even when the feelings are painful or create a sense of vulnerability.
Defusion: See our thoughts with enough distance that we can choose what we do next, regardless of our mind's chatter.
Observing Self: Notice the story we've constructed of ourselves and gain perspective about who we are.
Values: Choose the qualities of being and doing that we want to evolve toward.
Committed Action: Create habits that support these choices.

For a deeper dive into these concepts, join us this winter!

“The most important relationship we can all have is the one you have with yourself. The most important journey you can take is one of self-discovery. To know yourself, you must spend time with yourself, you must not be afraid to be alone. Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom.” – Aristotle.

Don't wait until things get too difficult. We can help.

Do you know any youth/young adults (under 31 years old) that struggle with stress (school, social, future), anxiety, feeling overwhelmed, self-doubt, social pressure, perfectionism, comparison culture (social media), finding purpose, managing difficult emotions? Worried about their education or career? A new parent? Getting a divorce? Caregiver? Social worker or teacher? Starting a new job? New to the area? Out of work? Athlete or performance artist? Alive?! Life is challenging. We get it. This program is designed to help navigate life with strength using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. We will guide them through building awareness and skills to be flexible with their thoughts, introduce self-compassion when feeling uncomfortable emotions, and begin to define living by what's important to them now. They will learn how to be true to themselves. Unlock their potential and build emotional intelligence so they can thrive.

Registration is now open for our Winter Youth programs!!
