Hi Everyone!!

We have made a bit of a switch to our upcoming groups. We are partnering with Oaklands Community Centre to deliver our downtown group in their space. For scheduling reasons we will be switching our downtown group to Wednesdays at Oaklands and the Westhills group will be on Tuesday evenings. Please share with anyone that would benefit from understanding the way their mind works when under stress and identify how to live a more meaningful life.
