Today we say goodbye to Morgan on her last day as part of our Clubhouse staff team 💚

For the past two years, Morgan has been such a valued part of our community. Her positive spirit, kindness, and genuine care for the people around her have made a lasting impact on everyone here. Whether through the little moments of encouragement or the many ways she supported our community, Morgan helped make our Clubhouse a warmer and more welcoming place.

As she begins a new chapter and moves away from Victoria, we want to thank her for all she has given to the Clubhouse. We will truly miss her energy and the joy she brought to our days.

Are you looking to level up your computer skills?

Join us on Wednesdays at 11-11:30am in the Business Unit for our weekly Tech Club! We’ve been using this time to work on our typing skills ⌨️

We also have a Basic Computer Skills Workshop coming up next month, on February 25th from 2-3pm. This workshop will focus on Microsoft programs and will be led by a tech-savvy member! All levels and abilities are welcome to join.

Happy New Year from Connections Place! 🎉

Eva’s goal for 2026 is to learn and be able to identify as many languages as possible. So far, she has 61 languages on her list! She is enrolled in a Polish Language Level 1 continuing studies course at the University of Victoria, starting later this month. We love seeing members pursue their education goals. Go Eva! 🇵🇱

The holiday season is a special time to slow down and come together. Our holiday party reminded us how meaningful it is to gather, share smiles, and enjoy simple moments! We got busy crafting, decorating gingerbread cookies, and enjoying cake and snacks.
