Happy Canada weekend ahead! Enjoy all that our Island has to offer. We love this view of Esquimalt Lagoon from the walking trails above in Colwood.

Dr John will be in the office today (Friday June 27). He’ll take a long weekend off and be back on Wed July 2.

If you have a booked massage or acupuncture they will go ahead as normal.

Remember to lift with your legs (not your back), switch sides when shoveling, take breaks and don't overload the wheelbarrow!
