Our clinic is growing, now we have two Chiropractors!

Please Welcome Dr. Eric Backhouse to Chiropractic for Life
Dr. Eric has been practicing for over 25yrs with a focus on low back/pelvic stabilization, sports and performance and family wellness care.
His practice style offers traditional adjustment techniques coupled with scientific prevention and maintenance strategies catered to each patient.

Dr Eric's Office Hours will be:
Monday 8:30-1 3-6:30
Wednesday 8:30-1 3-6:30
Friday 2-6:30
Saturday 12-5

Chiropractic for Life is closed today in honour of Truth and Reconciliation Day, Sept 30, 2025.
Today we pause to reflect on the importance of reconciliation and to honour Indigenous survivors, families, and communities.

The clinic will be open tomorrow regular hours.

Happy Canada weekend ahead! Enjoy all that our Island has to offer. We love this view of Esquimalt Lagoon from the walking trails above in Colwood.

Dr John will be in the office today (Friday June 27). He’ll take a long weekend off and be back on Wed July 2.

If you have a booked massage or acupuncture they will go ahead as normal.

It's gardening season!
We're seeing more people come into the clinic with back pain due to shoveling and gardening tasks.
Remember to lift with your legs (not your back), switch sides when shoveling, take breaks and don't overload the wheelbarrow!
