It's the time of the year when change lies in the air.
The transition from summer to fall, with all it can bring: anticipation, hope, apprehension, and maybe even trepidation, can be challenging.
Transitions are demanding on our nervous system, with its survival effort to maintain internal stability where quality of life doesn't play a significant role. Yes, we're wired to resist change. And yet, we need change - and perhaps transformation.
Classes continue throughout the fall to support your ability to learn, unlearn, and relearn:
The next set of classes will focus on the pelvis, the largest and strongest skeletal structure in your body. It provides the stability and power necessary for everyday movements and dynamic functions like walking, sitting, and supporting the neck and head. Because of its central position, a slight shift in your pelvis can significantly affect the rest of the body: it can cause headaches, a twist in the neck, pain in the knee, instability on one foot, poor balance, etc.
