Valerie's specialities: Reiki Master, Theta Practitioner/Instructor, Crystal Therapy and Tuning Fork Practitioner.

Valerie incorporates knowledge of century old healing practices. Born here in Victoria, married and have a beautiful Havanese named Gus.

2017 was the beginning of my Energy Healing journey. I have become a Reiki Master, Crystal Therapist, and ThetaHealing practitioner/instructor, sound healing practitioner with Tuning Forks and Animal Reiki. I also offer Sacred Knowledge Wellness using old world healing techniques. My cliental are women and working together, I use these different modalities to energetically help heal them along with using centuries old techniques that have been taught to me. I am a member of the Canadian Reiki Association, Neurological Wellness Association, and the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine.

What is ThetaHealing:

ThetaHealing is essentially applied quantum physics, we use the theta brainwave to heal the physical body and identify and change limiting beliefs. We look at what beliefs are driving a person to work in an unbalanced way: fear of failure, programs from parents about how hard one needs to work to get anywhere not thinking you are good enough so you work harder than everyone else, guilt.

What is Reiki:

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. ... So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy”.

What is Crystal Therapy

Various crystals and minerals are placed on or around a fully clothed person to induce deep relaxation, release stress and pain, and promote energy balance within the physical and subtle bodies. The treatment takes around an hour and crystals may be used singly or in patterns. They are placed on sites of pain, on acupuncture points or meridians, or on subtle energy vortexes called chakras.
