Anita Kiss, PhD - Spiritual Counsellor In-person and online spiritual counselling; guided meditations; spiritual resources & tools. Hello and welcome! My name is Anita Kiss.

I am a spiritual counsellor with over 15 years of experience. As part of my practice, I facilitate guided meditations, offer a subscription service, and provide in-person and online spiritual counselling for individuals using my intuitive abilities along with card imagery to assist with the portrayal of my messages. It is my honour and pleasure to assist people with my spiritual skills. When you come to a private counselling or meditation session, my hope is to offer you insight, guidance, encouragement, and a greater understanding of your life's journey. I believe we are all born with spiritual gifts and if we embrace our spirituality and intuition we can manifest positive changes in our lives and in the world around us.

There is a group around the world that has been working for a more peaceful and loving world for all of us, holding meditations every day. I am honoured to be part of this group.

The summer newsletter includes two prayers from this meditation group, and dates for the summer Spirit Circle.

The first prayer is a Prayer to Archangel Michael. I translated this prayer from its original Hungarian version to English, and brought it to the Spirit Circle in May.

The second prayer is a Prayer of Saint Francis of Assisi. This prayer will be included in the June Spirit Circle.

Meditation for Chakra Harmonization and Relaxation

This guided meditation can be used as part of a daily meditation practice or before any other guided meditation of your choice. The purpose of this meditation is to release energies that no longer serve you, to help you feel grounded, centred and connected, and to fill yourself with positive energies and light that support you during your day. As the light travels in your body, it opens and balances all your chakras from your root chakra to your crown chakra. Chakras are energy centres that are found in your aura, the energy field around you. This meditation helps to cleanse and harmonize the chakras while explaining the significance of each chakra.

French Beach, located between Sooke and Jordan River, situated on the scenic Strait of Juan de Fuca on the west coast of southern Vancouver Island, is one of my favourite beaches, along with China Beach.

The energies of this place where the earthy forest meets the expansive ocean are absolutely breathtaking; grounding and moving at the same time.

Just sitting on a beach log for hours while looking out at the water and the crushing waves is so beautifully peaceful and calming.

Especially, on a day like today when it was sunny and warm, with clear blue skies and a gentle breeze in the air.
