Last week, we said goodbye to two incredible members of our team.

Lomie, our Information & Referral Coordinator (I&R), has been with us since August 2023. She became a cornerstone of the I&R program, mastering it with care and skill, training staff, and supporting Social Work practicum students with patience and generosity. Her impact will be felt for a long time.

Aaron began as a volunteer and stepped into the role of Volunteer Skills Development Coordinator in May 2025. With very little training, he quickly made the program his own, building something rich and meaningful, while recruiting, training, and supporting a strong team of volunteers.

Both Lomie and Aaron brought passion, dedication, and heart to their work. We are grateful for everything theyโ€™ve given to the Centre.

We wish them all the best in what comes next, and we hope our paths cross again.
