With the change of the season comes new flavours. Flavours that make us feel cozy… our fall/winter flavours currently both have black tea bases. Somthin about black tea and its bolder, darker flavour that warms me up just thinking about it! Out now (and almost sold out!!!) is our Botanical Pear. Made with Ceylon tea, chamomile & holy basil and pome fruit.

Pretty excited about this release! It’s probably my favourite flavour (since you all have been asking what my fav is)!! It’s an OG one that took me a while to figure out. Not the flavour, that was easy! But the method... to not loose the delicate jasmine flavour, and not make a can bomb 😂, all while keeping it alive!

This first batch is a very small one.. so if you see a can I would grab it! And be sure to pour this one into your favourite glass and smell it before you sip! The colour and aroma are worth a moments pause!

Updates from the taproom!!📣 we are starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel and wanted to share some exciting news! We have found our coffee partner who will breathe life and culture into the coffee studio and bring you top notch coffee! Their studio, will invite you to yes, slow down, think sustainably, and be mindful while sipping on your choice of many delicious shade grown brews!l…All of which are ceremonial grade! We also found a talented baker to join our ecosystem! is carving out a niche with her delectable Swedish treats.. my kids are always asking “is Guiliana in baking today?” 🤤 you will see for yourself when you come. She can also be found at farmers markets throughout the summer!! Follow her and go try! AND we have our first artist in residence!! ..hell yah! She’s gonna fill our very white gallery-esque walls with her colourful, playful art… and occupy our wee artist studio to create in while her art hangs!! I am grateful to this community that has provided such a wonderful,unique, and passionate group of people to come play! There is more.. but that’s a lot already haha! Stay tuned I have one more ask off you all and a few more things to share!

Get it while you can!! Rhubarb Pie has gone over well it would seem 🙏 it’s nearly all gone! So if you are loving this seasonal flavour, get to your local CK retailer and stock up or come see us on Saturday as it’s going to be sold out next week! It’s gonna be a minute before this one is back since y’all drank it up way faster than expected 😅 BUT We are going to have another seasonal flavour for you in the meantime!! More on that soon…

Preserved Lemons are ready!🍋 such a special ingredient to add a bright & fragrant component to your meal! Come gather all your weekly goods today along with these beauties!! You will find a million recipes online for the zest… so we thought we would share one for the flesh and brine!

Preserved Lemon Mayo:
1/4 preserved lemon -peel removed (save for later)
25ml brine
25ml water
1 egg yolk
200-250ml neutral oil (depending on desired consistency)
* optional 25g dijon
Using an immersion blender combine all ingredients except for the oil.. slowly add your oil while blending and voila! So so good!!
Use as a condiment for seafood (cold -your mayo will split with heat) dip in chilled prawns or seared tuna, drizzle over cold smoked salmon or mix into a potato salad! Such easy way to impress your guests!!
Take it a step further and make a zesty ranch dressing for a salad or veggie dip!!!

Ranch Dressing:
2 parts (200g) mayo
1 part buttermilk (100g)
1/2 garlic clove (micro-planed)
cracked black pepper- lots!
Sugar for balance

Sometimes you have a plan.. and everything unfolds as expected. And other times.. well you know haha! We had planned on having our Citra Hops for dry January… And yet here we are…but I can’t help gazing at the bright blue sky, the burgeoning green shoots poking through the earth, and not feel like it’s right on time!! Available through our online shop for delivery next week.. and soon at select retail partners.. (very small batch) where do you want to pick some up?! I’ll see what I can do!!
PS. did you know hops have been used as medicine much longer than they have been in beer?! Hops are a mild sedative inducing calming effects on the nervous system! Enjoy, and cheers to your health.. mental and physical!

Shinning a light on this flavour today! So many new and adoring Elderflower Rose drinkers lately❤️🌹 .. this makes me so happy as it’s one of my favourites!! it’s always interesting to see the arc of adoption on a flavour…. Nettles & Petals took sooo long for folks to take a chance on and give it a go. Now it’s risen to our #1 seller beloved by so many 🙏. I think it was a game changer when we started canning and y’all saw that beautiful solo nettle leaf .. you were intirguesd!

So what drew you in to Elderflwoet Rose?! Made you take a chance and reach for it the first time? I’m so curious!!
