Everything we have selected in store are items we've sourced because we love the philosophies, quality and performance of these companies. We want to make it convenient for you, so if one of our local stores is running a sale we are more than happy to price match! Did you know we also host educational talks and workshops? We have a space above the store where we host talks every month from Naturopaths, Herbalists, Nutritionist and other outstanding experts. We recently discovered this protein coffee at a trade show and thought it was worth sharing 💛 It a combo of coffee with added protein.. Ummm yes please. It’s great because it supports energy, focus, and muscle recovery all in one shake 💪🧠

Thank you for being here and following along with our journey, it truly means so much to us 💛

If you’re new, we’re Tyler and Lynn, the founders of Health Essentials. We opened our doors back in 2011 with a simple dream, to create a place where we could share the things we genuinely love and trust.

For us, that meant finding supplements that are well absorbed and actually work, clean skincare and home products, nourishing foods that taste amazing, clothing made from natural fibers, and shoes that allow our feet to move the way they’re meant to.

More than anything, we wanted to create a space where people could come together to share ideas, learn, feel empowered in their health, and connect with others along the way.

Welcome to our community. We’re so glad you’re here and we hope this space helps you learn, grow, and thrive alongside so many incredible people 💛

Something’s happening and we are so excited!! 🌿✨

We’ve teamed up with Josh at Edible Landscapes to create an edible garden in our front garden beds 🌱 It’s something we’ve been dreaming about for a while (like 10 plus years lol), and it’s finally coming to life.

These guys specializes in creating biodiverse food gardens that are both beautiful and functional 🌸🍓 The idea of a space that can nourish both people and the environment feels so aligned with what we love.

We are beyond thrilled to see how it all comes together and sharing it with you 💚
