🚨 NEW RULES EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY 🚨

We’re looking to take things to the next level with our new noise free training policy!

Here’s what you need to know:

👉 No Grunting - Keep it whisper quiet 🤫
👉 No Dropping Weights - Set them down gently
👉 If you’re too loud, our new “Lunk Alarm” will sound, and you’ll be asked to take a mandatory cooldown on the step mill 🪜
👉 Oh, and no BIG DAWGS allowed in the gym anymore. Only small & medium sized dawgs.

We know this will be a big adjustment, but we believe it’s the best way to promote gym etiquette. Let’s all work together to keep the gym a library of gains!
