I am intelligent and after believing this lie for decades, I have found the secret to happiness.

To properly define HAPPINESS is to see it as situational, and something that you can experience again and again.

Pursuing happiness is situational, but if you see it as a destination, it will always escape you.

Whereas JOY is a lifestyle to live in God's delight over you... and is NOT situational, but positional as a child of the almighty creator.

Although, many who are intelligent feel they are too intelligent for God…. so therein is the lie of happiness.

Without God your pursuit becomes a the destination of fleeting happiness, instead of the position of JOY.

Bitter herbs are one of the most overlooked nutrient in our culture today. Eating them fresh with every meal gives your body incredible amounts of nutrients and aids in digestion.

The art of keeping them fresh is not well known. So when I prepped my herbs today, I decided to take some pics and share with you just how much you can improve your health and save tons of money by having fresh herbs.

The parsley pictured here has been in the fridge for over a month and still crispy and fresh. The others I processed today. 🙂

Kangen Herbs ... a fresh way to save.

Remove your herbs from the plastic produce bag and remove any tags and rubber bands.
Spray with 2.5.
Wash off in beauty water.
Soak in 11.5 for 5min.
Paper towel dry.
Loose leaves remove for drying as they’ll soil the clippings.
Clip stem ends for fresh water absorbing.
Wrap in fresh paper towels and put onto glass containers with beauty water.
Cover with their plastic produce bags.
put into the fridge.

Enjoy.
