When your athletes send you some real good info, it’s great to study this in detail…

The importance of Soleus and iliopsoas is important as we increase speed in our training…

Lots of plantar fasciitis lately in clinic…are we giving the soleus enough importance?
I need to study this in more detail…

February is always a great month at Physica as a few years ago we welcomed Kya back to offer pelvic health physio here in Victoria…it has been great working with her with patients who needed some work in this area

Return to sports 6 months post op ACL reconstruction….beautiful sunny Saturday calls for some agility training for one of our patients here at Physica….she was a bit faster than me 🤩😂
