I did goblet squats for 30 days and here’s what I didn’t expect. It wasn’t just “stronger legs.” Daily life felt easier.
Getting up from the couch took less effort. Picking things up from the floor felt more controlled. My balance felt steadier, stairs felt less tiring on my knees, and my back felt more supported when bending. The biggest change was the confidence. I moved without that little hesitation.
