🔹decrease pain

Adams forward bend test is used to determine if there is abnormal rotation or shape of the spine. This is a strong indicator of scoliosis. The test is ideally done with good visualization of the back and spine.

If you notice:

- hump in the upper or lower back
- elevated shoulder blade
- asymmetrical rib cage left or right

Have your child (or adult) assessed for a scoliosis.
