📎 CONSERVEZ CE GUIDE pour intégrer la méthode à votre routine!

ÉTAPE 1 : Nettoyer
Lavez votre visage avec un nettoyant doux.
Essuyez bien votre peau en tapotant. Elle doit être sèche avant l’application du rétinol.

ÉTAPE 2 : Première couche hydratante (mince)
Appliquez une fine couche de votre hydratant habituel.
Il agit comme barrière pour atténuer l’intensité du rétinol.

En option : Attendez quelques minutes pour que la peau absorbe le produit.

ÉTAPE 3 : Appliquer le rétinol
Appliquez votre rétinol ou rétinoïde. La grosseur d’un pois suffit pour tout le visage.
Évitez les paupières, les lèvres et les narines.

⭐ Astuce : Appliquez par petites touches, puis étalez uniformément.

ÉTAPE 4 : Deuxième couche hydratante
Recouvrez le rétinol d’une deuxième couche d’hydratant.

Cela contribue à réduire l’irritation tout en conservant l’hydratation.

ÉTAPE 5 : Demain matin : FPS au menu!
Comme votre peau sera plus sensible aux rayons du soleil, appliquez toujours un écran solaire muni d’un FPS 30+ le lendemain.
