27 years ago I was in critical condition after a serious bike accident. I had surgeries and many broken bones.
I’ve always tried to practice what I preach, and this last weekend I came home with some hardware from the BC Masters Track and Field Championships in the 100 and 200 meters. So grateful for all the help along the way!!! 🙏🏻🥲❤️
