Did you know we’re heading into our 36th year of offering the Vancouver Island fitness community quality fitness education! We began in 1989 as “Fit into the 90’s” and in 2000 evolved to become the Island Fitness Conference. What started 36 years ago as a small group of volunteers has grown into a committee of programmers, instructors and fitness enthusiasts representing Southern Vancouver Island.
