✨ New Virtual Class Starting Next Week! ✨
Our athletic therapist, Jenn, is offering a Virtual Pelvic Strengthening Class designed to help you build a stronger connection between your pelvic floor and the rest of your body.
🗓 Class Times:
• Mondays at 12:00 PM PST
• Thursdays at 6:00 PM PST
This class is for anyone looking to:
✔ Improve the connection between their pelvic floor and body
✔ Address pelvic concerns such as incontinence or leakage
✔ Support injury prevention for the hips, low back, and pelvis
Each class begins with a mindful connection to the pelvic floor and gradually integrates that awareness into different rehabilitation exercises. At the end of every session, participants will receive the exercises from that day so you can continue your progress outside of class. Jenn will also share practical tips on how to integrate these exercises into your daily life—without needing to set aside extra blocks of time.
