Dr. Daniel Milkovich, MD and Dr. Kent Banks, MD are the co-founders and medical directors of MD Esthetics. They are cosmetic physicians with a background in primary care medicine and an expertise in non-surgical facial and skin rejuvenation. Dr. Milkovich and Dr. Banks combine extensive clinical experience with a caring, personable approach that has been the cornerstone of their practice for over 16 years. Highly respected in their community and abroad, their passion for medical esthetics and commitment to excellence is apparent in every aspect of MD Esthetics. Dr. Milkovich and Dr. Banks are nationally-recognized experts in Botox and injectable Filler techniques. They are Allergan-Certified, Medicis-Certified, and Canderm-Certified injectors and physician trainers with expertise in Botox, Juvederm, Perlane, Restylane, Teosyal, Radiesse & Evolence injection. The doctors have pioneered and evolved techniques such as the non-surgical facelift (see our VolumaLift page), and teach these advanced techniques to physicians across the country. Dr. Milkovich and Dr. Banks lecture frequently at medical conferences as leaders in their field and are firmly commited to the highest standard of safety, service and ethics. All injectable treatments at MD Esthetics are therefore performed by our doctors. Both doctors are Canadian-trained and duly licensed to practice medicine and surgery in the Province of British Columbia. Dr. Milkovich trained at the University of British Columbia’s School of Medicine and he holds a Diploma of Practical Dermatology from the University of Cardiff in Wales. Dr. Banks attended the University of Calgary’s School of Medicine and also holds a Diploma of Practical Dermatology from the University of Cardiff. In addition to holding numerous professional affiliations, they are members in good standing of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia, the British Columbia Medical Association, the Canadian Medical Association, and the American Society for Laser Medicine & Surgery.
