We are so honored to introduce you to Jocelyn Kirton, RMT who is practicing Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays here at Mighty Oak Massage Therapy!

Jocelyn (she/her) has been practicing for over a decade and is now accepting new clients here at Mighty Oak Massage Therapy in Saanich.

She is an absolute rock star of an RMT. Jocelyn is a BC RMT and has had additional pelvic health training in Chicago and taught internationally about pelvic health and massage therapy.

She has taken a special interest in serving persistent pain populations.

She has focuses in prenatal, postpartum care ( including incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse and diastasis recti), Chronic prostatitis (chronic pelvic pain syndrome) and other pelvic health concerns you may have, all from a non-invasive (non-internal) approach. Jocelyn is passionate about providing education and interventions from a collaborative approach that
empowers people seeking care to self-manage when away from the clinic.

Phase 3 Clinic Policies- Update

Masks

At this time, everyone (both patient and therapist) will still be required to wear a clean mask while inside the clinic and treatment room. Masks are still recommended indoors for those who have not been fully vaccinated and we will not be monitoring your vaccine status. This policy will be reviewed again in September 2021.

Screening

You will still be asked to complete a screening survey within 2 days of your appointment. If you are experiencing any COVID-like symptoms or feel unwell, please cancel your appointment and get tested for COVID-19.

* If you have experienced any difficulties with the COVID screening survey, please make sure you are using a Google Chrome browser, and not Internet Explorer.

Hand Hygiene

Please make sure to use sanitizer on your hands upon entering the clinic space. There are also washrooms available to wash your hands if you would prefer.

Avoid Touching Face

Please avoid touching your eyes, nose, or mouth to prevent infection. If you have an itch, tissues can be provided for you, to avoid using your fingers.

Enhanced Cleaning

Enhanced Cleaning Protocols will continue to be followed in the clinic environment. This includes cleaning and sanitizing surfaces between every appointment and the use of an air-filtration unit.
