To reduce stress & worry before bed try: -writing a list of what you’re concerned about
-decide what you do and don’t have control over
-make a plan for what you can control
-try to let go of what you can’t (for the evening)😴

Having this written on paper helps to externalize the stress/worry that is keeping your mind activated!

😴 Sleep is such a foundational aspect of our health. As we age, life circumstances impact our ability to fall and stay asleep. Some issues that can contribute to difficulty falling/ staying asleep are: stress, anxiety, depression, ageing, menopause, caffeine, jet lag, shift work, sleep drive and circadian process (body clock), to name a few.
