If you've every has to work around a BC HERITAGE CONSERVATION ACT PERMIT & LICENSING you know that the system and process is brutal for home owners and their trusted/contracted Archaeologist professionals, builders and landscapers. While the process is one we all agree with the processing and time lags are costly and infuriating. As a group, we are calling for the process to change and stronger regulations and turn around requirements to be put in place to work in a united and expedited fashion so that homeowners don't go bankrupt, lose their contractors and ALL parties are able to work with a timeline and policy that actually WORKS.

Please this petition to motivate a change in the right direction!
As a professional with an existing site in stalled out for over a year, I am proud to have experience in this complex process, but I can honestly tell you there is so much work that needs to be done.

Danée Lambourne owned and operated Inventing Eden Landscapes for coming up to 15 years. With in that time, Danée has facilitated countless successful and stunning landscapes in collaboration with loyal clientele and many talented craftsman, tradesmen/women in the local market. She functions as a Designer, Project Manager and an installer; carefully monitoring and participating in every part of a project’s lifecycle.

Inventing Eden focusses on all aspects of landscaping, food production, therapeutic and sustainable impact, and promotes permacultural practises. Her landscapes are motivated by each individual landowners livelihood and the art of cultivating quality of life for all those who reside on and visit these lands.
