I'm loving this beautiful autumn weather! This is one of my favourite times of year.
Now that the kids are back in school you may have time for a little more self care. I have 3 days a week now at the clinic and would love to see you!
I'm open from 9 til 1:30 on Monday and 2pm til 6:30 on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Hello everyone :) Sorry I haven't been on this page in a while. As many of you know, I've been doing a lot of momming with my 3 and 1 year olds, but midway through 2017 I did expand my hours at the clinic and I now have 2 rooms to use and am working Monday mornings and Wednesday afternoons. Those who have seen me before know I have quite a unique style of treatment which relies greatly on palpation and tuning your body almost as if it was an instrument or radio - adjusting each point until I have the optimal change in the pulse or abdomen. It is the ultimate tune-up. If you are interested in experiencing this, give me a shout and I will fit you in. I also appreciate any referrals of friends or family.

I have good news! We now have online scheduling. I've been using it for a month already and absolutely love it. It also automatically notifies our patients of their treatments via email (and text if they opt in), and it's easy to book or change your treatment. Check it out! Look forward to seeing you soon :)
