expectations. If our clients require additional services or have cleaning emergencies, again we
are prepared to handle these requests efficiently. If we’re unable to rectify a situation in a timely
manner, we are committed to providing a credit to the client’s account - If we don’t do our job
properly, you don’t pay for it.
• Employee Tracking: Fantastic Cleaning uses a telephone/internet based employee time
tracking system that requires staff to clock in and out of work by calling a toll free number. This
system ensures employees spend the proper amount of time maintaining their sites. If an
employee fails to show up for work, our van crews receive instant text-message alerts, resulting
in sites never being left un-cleaned.
• Quality Control: Management and quality control inspectors perform personal quality control
checks periodically at every location and without exceptions using our own digital inspection
forms. This ensures that the level of cleanliness is both up to our customers’ high standards
and our own. Once an inspection is complete, a copy of our digital inspection form is
immediately emailed to our customers, furthering communication and transparency on the
condition of our services.

For a thorough, streak-free clean, you should finish your window-washing session with a squeegee. Like window scrubbers, it’s best if you can get long-handled squeegees so you can easily clean larger windows. You should also ensure that the rubber blade is in good shape, or else you risk scratching the glass.

Do note that it takes a little practice to get squeegee-ing just right. Here are some things to remember:

Align the squeegee so that the blade is flat against the window pane.
- For beginners: start at the top corners of the window and go directly down. Then, move the squeegee horizontally, making sure to overlap slightly with the previous path.
- Have a piece of cloth or sponge ready, so you can wipe your squeegee on it after every stroke.
- Repeat the process until the entire pane is clean.
- Use a microfibre cloth to remove suds from the edges and corners of the window panes.
- Last but not least, give the window a final wipe-down with a fresh microfibre cloth to catch any streaks.
