We are sad to announce the loss of our dear friend and long time Resident, Ms. Anne Moon. Anne was a force of nature and ever so passionate about equality, inclusiveness, fairness and always up for telling a good story- and writing one!

Her contributions at The Glenshiel will continue to influence our community.

Stay tuned. We will be hosting a party as requested by Anne, in her honour.

Yesterday we bid farewell to Mr. Ken Crassweller. Ken was best known for his knowledge, spirituality and kindness. He was a true gentleman and will be greatly missed here at The Glenshiel.

We are sad to announce the passing of our dear friend and resident of almost 20 years, Mrs. Katherine Cornish.

Kate was a volunteer at the Glenshiel teaching painting from 1986 until 1999. Kate loved the Glenshiel so much that she became a resident in 2004.

Kate was a true lady, a frequenter of Murchies in Downtown Victoria, and a beautifully talented painter. She was a constant presence here at the Glenshiel and will be dearly missed by both residents and staff.
