                                            During the holiday season it's hard to avoid some form of sweets. 
My suggestion, stick with local honey. There is so many nutrients that our body can benefit from.
New Research Highlights Sugar Substitute Erythritol Raises Cardiovascular Risk
A recent Cleveland Clinic study found that erythritol, a sugar substitute commonly used in low-calorie and keto-friendly foods, may increase cardiovascular risks, including blood clotting, heart attack, and stroke. They also found that xylitol had similar effects on cardiovascular health. Although erythritol and other sugar alcohols are common sugar substitutes, they should be evaluated for potential long-term health effects.
