Pacific Coast Health Services in Nanaimo and Victoria, ensures that clients receive Healthcare solutions tailored to their needs. With our cohesive network of providers and services, the result is better health outcomes. We provide that extra support wherever it is needed: at home, retirement home, nursing home, hospital or other community settings. Most importantly we help your loved ones to be safe, comfortable and to maintain their independence. Our Care Aides and our Nurses, RN’s and RPN’s focus on the individual's specific needs whether this be short term or ongoing, whether it be a few hours a week or around the clock. Supportive staff also includes Nurse Care Managers and Coordinators with strong community ties, knowledge and understanding. You can choose Pacific Coast Health Services with the peace of mind that the best quality of care is being provided to your loved ones. We will be there when you need us.
