The SWell Lab is looking for women and people with ovaries to participate in a ~30 to 45 min
online survey in understanding people’s experiences of perimenopause and sexuality. You may
be eligible if you...
• are between the ages of 42-51
• are currently experiencing symptoms of perimenopause
• fluent in English
• are living in Canada or the US
• have access to an internet-connected device
What is involved: This study involves completion of one online survey.
Compensation: Participants will be compensated $20 (CAD) for participation in the survey.
Inclusivity: This study aims to be inclusive to individuals of all genders and sexual orientations.

Studies show that regular nut consumption can lower your risk of heart disease, stroke, and diabetes. Nuts help improve cholesterol levels, reduce inflammation, and lower blood pressure. They’re packed with nutrients like healthy fats, fiber, and protein. If you’re worried about weight gain - eating small portions of nuts can actually help reduce food cravings and is unlikely to cause weight gain. Choose raw or unsalted nuts for the best health benefits.
For the best results, aim for 4 or more servings of unsalted nuts per week. A variety of nuts like walnuts, almonds, and pistachios have shown benefits in studies. If choosing specific types feels overwhelming, a mixed nut blend can be great.
