Yesterday I had the honor of spending a day taking a workshop with Gabor Mate. This was a transformational experience. His authenticity compassion and deep understanding for the human journey is a gift. He has written books on addictions, listening to our bodies and disease, and on ADHD. If you don't yet know this man's work I highly recommend you looking into it. It is universal.
