Okonomiyaki

Epicure’s Pancake and Waffle Mix
3 cups of shredded cabbage
2 grated carrot
1/4 cup of green onion chopped
1/3 cup of onion chopped
1 tbsp of soy sauce
1 tbsp of Epicures Poke Topper.

Following the instructions for the epicure pancake mix and add the rest of the ingredients. Make as you would make pancakes OR bake on a baking sheet for 25-30 minutes on 350 degrees. Soooo good! Serve with Tonkatsu sauce or Sriracha.
