A full day dedicated to heat, music, and the kind of rituals that have been grounding people for generations. From Ærth vibes to traditional Finnish sauna with veniks and stories, it’s all happening January 20th.

THE LINEUP:
12PM - 3PM - best of ærth - we are famous for our vibes. so we will take you through the ærth eras music from 60s to today - scented ice balls with mini-aufguss every hour (12/1PM/2PM/3PM) - ærth staff will freestyle to any music ongoing in the sauna.
4 - 5:30PM - private booking
6:15 PM - regular aufguss
6:30 PM - 8:30 PM - sauna with the Finns - veniks, löyly, the sweet smell of birch, stories

Join us for two hours of shared presence — an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with your body, and feel held in q***r community. Open to anyone who identifies as a member of the 2SLBTQIA+ community.

Each circle begins and ends together, with time in between to move at your own rhythm: with access to three saunas, a cold plunge tub, gentle movement and breathwork offerings, and a dedicated Low Stim Area. Our focus is on grounding and connection, with an invitation to arrive as you are, breathe deeply, and soften into embodiment and belonging.

All bodies are welcomed, valued, and celebrated in this space, with care and priority for the comfort and safety of two spirit, trans, non-binary, and/or gender-diverse attendees. Swimsuit bottoms are required, tops are optional for all attendees. This is a non-sexual gathering that promotes body neutrality/positivity/non-judgement. Please help us create an environment where everyone can feel relaxed and at ease in their bodies.

Before custom-made waving towels and bottled essential oils were a thing, Mother Nature provided her branches and leaves for use in sauna rituals that are still alive and well today. In the Banya tradition, these are called veniks. Come and enjoy a venik massage and tree-infused steam with us. Some describe this ritual as being hugged warmly by the forest. We will be lowering the sauna temperature somewhat for a longer session. This Banya Session is an optional offering. Facilitated by Ben Young Hart and .of.aerth, this ritual will take place in our Silent Sauna starting at 6:15 pm, and replaces our daily Aufguss that evening.

Anyone who is in the space at this time as part of their 90-minute cycle is welcome to join. The Banya session will go on at least until 8 pm in our Silent Sauna, and participants may enter and exit the sauna as they see fit.

Banya Training Day with Dan & Anya Bondarenko is finally here. This is a one-day immersive course, paired with an optional private Banya evening - an intimate invitation into the depth, history, and lived tradition of Banya.
The experience begins with a private Banya session on January 18 (unrushed, come and go as it feels right), followed by a four-hour training on January 19 diving into Banya’s origins, the why behind the practice, methods, ritual, and venik work. Expect learning through heat, presence, and experience - not just theory.
Very limited spots. Just 6 participants, alongside a few members of the Ærth team, in a private sauna setting. Snacks, venik, and sauna access included.

Join us for an evening of guided breathwork, brotherhood, and sharpening the masculine edge through heat and cold in a welcoming space for connection and reflection.

Guided by guest facilitator Jeremiah Hoeft (.force.awakening), we’ll arrive through breath and meditation before moving through the elements together. Across three sauna experiences, we’ll breathe, sweat, and ground together—creating space for expansion, connection, and a full recharge of mind, body, and spirit.

And live musical infusion by local musician Wesley Jobe. 10 years strong playing the didgeridoo for many healing spaces, Wesley brings great depth with his music, and always some fun surprises!

This men’s container is created with the intention of restoration, grounded presence, and showing up authentically—so we can heal, grow, and strengthen the parts of ourselves that often go unseen.

Through community and challenge, men develop accountability, clarity, and depth. When we sit together, witness each other, and hold the mirror up, we access the potential we cannot reach alone.

Men once had a tribe—a pack to hunt with, to sweat beside, to face challenge together. In this modern era of individualism, that foundation has gone untapped. We’re rebuilding it here, breath by breath.

Get into your New Year rhythm, guided by .affirmations .kat

A sisterhoodian evening of connection, self-care, and introspection as we gather to slow down, reconnect, and be held in community, exploring multiple layers of rhythm, from the seasonal to the daily and beyond.

This guided women’s container is created with the intention of deep rest, presence, and returning to yourself - all within the warmth and rhythm of community.

Over two hours, you’ll move through a sauna sound bath, a centering guided meditation/breathwork session with a nutritional food component designed for the winter season, and a body stretch in the silent sauna.
