As the end of the year approaches, don't let expired meds pile up:

-Medications can removed from bottles and other packaging to be placed in clear plastic bags.

-Vials can be recycled at home after making sure there is no personal information on them.

-Sharps must be placed in a designated sharps container and brought to the pharmacy for disposal.
