                                            Congratulations Darren!!
‘I just want to say THANKS!  Hanne Lorentsen and James.  When I showed up 12 weeks ago I could not even finish the 1st workout.  I was a passive eater, a grazer, ate abit here and there when i was hungry with no real idea of what and how, i just ate when i felt like it.  I was also at the point where i was smoking over a pack a day and it was increasing.  In hindsight, I could argue ni****ne and caffeine were dietary supplements for me.  I had a chat with myself on my very deflated drive home that 1st day.  Today I checked in at the 12 week mark and my goal of shedding 10% of the body fat I was carrying(getting index 20 or less).... crushed!  Turns out I’ve shed 25% of it!  There was no commitment to eating better, working out more, making better choices, showing up, being accountable and so on, it was just one commitment, FEELING BETTER.  The ci******es are gone, the coffee is 95%  gone, because let’s face facing, a good cup of coffee is a real treat!  I’m eating 3 or 4 times more than I was, my weight is basically the same as when I started and it feels great, I feel great. So thank you again for guiding me  into what is going to be a fabulous 2024!  Happy upcoming new year to you all and I’ll see you on the mats!’
